Mainland seafood chain opening first Hawaii location in October

The Boiling Crab will open its first Hawaii location in October at Kamehameha Schools' Salt at Our Kakaako restaurant and retail complex.
The Mainland seafood restaurant chain will be located in a 3,300-square-foot eatery, which will have seating for 245 people. It will be owned by Carlos Delgado, chief operating officer for the California-based chain.
Delgado previously oversaw California Pizza Kitchen in Hawaii for 19 years.
