Orange County, CA, July 21, 2022 - Plethora Businesses, an M&A advisory firm headquartered in Orange County, California, is pleased to announce the sale of American Sheet Metal, a provider of sheet metal fabrication services, to Manufacturing Succession (MSP). Plethora served as the exclusive sell-side advisor in this transaction. The transaction closing was announced on July 1, 2022.
For nearly 20 years, ASM has been a leading provider of sheet metal fabrication services and has a reputation for quality, customer service, and the ability to take on projects both large and small by utilizing state of the art CNC equipment.
MSP was founded with the goal of leveraging years of experience in sales, manufacturing, and engineering in order to acquire and grow established manufacturing and industrial operations. The acquisition expands MSP's existing US-based manufacturing locations to increase manufacturing capabilities. The combined company will offer an increased production of standard and custom sheet metal.
"We are very excited to be able to find a partner to continue the great legacy of quality and service that ASM has created over the last two decades." says Jeremy Manista, Project Manager at Plethora. "We believe that Jules and his team will be able to take the firm that Eli has built and grow it to a whole new level."
MSP's acquisition of American Sheet Metal marks the second deal closed for Plethora Business in Summer 2022.
